1. eligibility for returns

We accept returns only for quality-related issues, including defects, damages, or stains. To qualify:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • Any quality concerns must be reported immediately upon receiving the package and before use.

Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Personal Reasons:
    • Changes of mind or preferences after purchase.
    • Customer refusal to coordinate with courier for re-delivery or communication requests.
  • Incorrect Address:
    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
    • Any additional shipping fees due to address errors must be covered by the customer.
  • Incorrect Sizing or Color:
    • Please choose the size and color carefully before purchasing.
  • Used, or Altered Items:
    • Items that show signs of use, or modification are not eligible.
  • Delivered but Lost/Stolen Packages:
    • If a carrier confirms “delivered” but the package is lost/stolen after delivery, we cannot issue a refund.
    • Confirmation relies on carrier tracking status.

3. how to initiate a return

  1. Contact our customer service team at business@mody.life and include a short video demonstrating the issue.
  2. Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
  3. Send it to the address provided by our customer service representative.

4. refund processing

  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

5. exchange policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:

  • Please return the original item for a refund.
  • Place a new order for the replacement item.
