Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons (e.g., November–December), order processing and delivery may take longer due to high shipping volumes.

 

While we make every effort to ship promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery delays caused by carriers during the holiday period.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We offer two shipping options to best suit your needs:

Local Warehouse Shipping (Fastest Option): Orders shipped from our local warehouse typically arrive within 2–4 business days.

Overseas Shipping: For items shipped directly from our overseas warehouse, delivery usually takes 6–10 business days, depending on your location.

Both options are tracked for your convenience, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.
